Delivery

We usually hand over your order to the shipping service provider within two days of receipt of payment. If your package is packed before 2 PM, it usually ships out on the same day.

If your package is paid for directly (Paypal, credit card, etc.) and ordered before 6 PM, your order will be shipped on the same working day.

We only ship tobacco, liquids, e-cigarettes, and tobacco substitute products with DHL, including age verification. These items can only be ordered within Germany. Please have your official photo ID ready upon delivery, as DHL will conduct another age verification on site. The package will only be handed over to the person who placed the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €80.00. If your shopping cart is below this amount, we charge €6.90 for shipping.

Delivery Time

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note: After handover to the shipping service provider, we no longer have any influence on the exact delivery date.
