Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel any active Smokez subscription at any time at the end of the current delivery period without stating reasons — no minimum term, no hidden deadlines.

Here's how in 3 steps:

1. Log in to your Smokez customer account: To Login
2. Navigate to "Orders & Subscriptions" or "Subscriptions"
3. Select the subscription, click "Cancel" and confirm.

You will receive a confirmation by email. The cancellation is effective at the end of the current period — until then, we will continue to deliver as booked.

Having trouble canceling?

Write to us at info@smkz.de with your order number and the note "Subscription Cancellation". We will then process the cancellation manually for you, within 24 hours on working days.
